Standard Refund Tiers
24 Hours Before
100% RefundFull reversal of activity cost. Convenience fees may be retained.
12-24 Hours Before
50% RefundPartial refund to cover provider preparation and slot locking.
Less than 12 Hours
No RefundCancellations or no-shows are non-refundable to protect provider earnings.
Force Majeure & Weather
Boating is highly dependent on tide conditions and wind speeds. If the Puducherry Port Departmentor the boat operator issues a "No-Sail" advisory:
- 100% Refund initiated immediately.
- Option to reschedule to a later slot at no cost.
Process & Timelines
Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).
You can track the status of your refund directly within the "My Bookings" section of your dashboard.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Failure to arrive at the boarding counter within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will be treated as a "No-Show". No refunds will be provided in such cases as the boat house cannot re-sell that dedicated slot.
