Standard Refund Tiers
24 Hours Before
100% RefundFull reversal of activity cost. Convenience fees may be retained.
12-24 Hours Before
50% RefundPartial refund to cover provider preparation and slot locking.
Less than 12 Hours
No RefundCancellations or no-shows are non-refundable to protect provider earnings.
Force Majeure & Weather
Boating is highly dependent on tide conditions and wind speeds. If the **Puducherry Port Department** or the boat operator issues a "No-Sail" advisory:
- 100% Refund initiated immediately.
- Option to reschedule to a later slot at no cost.
Process & Timelines
Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes **5 to 7 business days** to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).
You can track the status of your refund directly within the "My Bookings" section of your dashboard.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Failure to arrive at the boarding counter within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will be treated as a "No-Show". No refunds will be provided in such cases as the boat house cannot re-sell that dedicated slot.
