1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to BookVelo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our SaaS platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

BookVelo Enterprise ("Company") is a service provider based in Puducherry, India.

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business (e.g., a Resort or Boat House), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Security

2.1 Registration

To use BookVelo, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (e.g., Business Name, GSTIN, Contact Info).

2.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. BookVelo will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge.

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Fees

BookVelo is a paid service. You agree to pay the subscription fees and/or transaction commissions as specified in your selected Plan. All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Transaction fees (if applicable) are deducted automatically from payouts processed via the platform.

3.3 Refund Policy

SaaS Subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for unused time if you close your account. However, we may offer a free trial period for you to evaluate the software before purchasing.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the BookVelo platform. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the BookVelo software code.
• Create fake bookings or manipulate the inventory system to defraud customers.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent the Service to a third party without our explicit written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

The BookVelo platform, including its source code, design, logos, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of BookVelo Enterprise.

5.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data (e.g., booking history, customer lists) you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to host, copy, and display this data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookVelo Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free (though we strive for 99.9% uptime).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puducherry, India.
